Job Description: Freelancer Designer and Architectural CGI Artist
Our customer is a creative studio that specializes in architectural visualization and design. They are looking for a talented and experienced Architectural CGI Artist to join their team as a freelancer.

Responsibilities
•  Create realistic and high-quality 3D models, textures, lighting, and rendering of architectural projects, both interior and exterior, using software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, etc.

•  Work closely with the design team and clients to understand the project requirements, specifications, and expectations

•  Deliver the final 3D images or animations within the agreed deadlines and budget

•  Ensure the 3D images or animations meet the quality standards and follow the style guidelines of Marichen Designs

•  Communicate effectively and proactively with the project manager and the design team throughout the project lifecycle

•  Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the quality and efficiency of the 3D production process

Requirements
•  A portfolio of previous architectural visualization projects, demonstrating strong artistic and technical skills

•  Proficient in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering software, such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, etc.

•  Knowledge of architectural design principles, styles, and terminology

•  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

•  Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•  Fluent in English

•  Based in India or willing to work remotely with flexible hours
