Job Description: Web and App Developer Freelancer
Our customer is looking for a Web and App Developer to join our team and work on various software projects using React and Ruby on Rails (ROR). You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web and mobile applications using modern technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities
•  Design and develop web and mobile applications using React, ROR, and other relevant frameworks and libraries

•  Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver software solutions that meet the project requirements and specifications

•  Test and debug code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the quality and performance of the applications

•  Deploy and maintain the applications on different platforms and environments

•  Research and implement new technologies and best practices to improve the software development process and user experience

Requirements
•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience

•  Proven experience as a web and app developer, working on various software projects using React and ROR

•  Proficient in React and ROR and their popular frameworks, such as React Native, React Router, Redux, Rails, and ActiveRecord

•  Familiar with front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

•  Knowledge of web and app development tools, such as Webpack, Babel, Git, Heroku, and Firebase

•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills

•  Experience with UI/UX design, data analysis, or web scraping is a plus
